3) Payments (QuickBooks / Intuit)
We accept online payments through QuickBooks (Intuit). When you pay an invoice or submit payment, your payment is processed by QuickBooks/Intuit and any payment processors they use.
We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, invoice details, partial card information (such as last four digits), transaction identifiers, and receipts for accounting, recordkeeping, and customer support.
4) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and identifiers) for Site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.
A. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, traffic sources, pages visited, and engagement). This helps us improve the Site and measure performance.

We use Meta technologies (commonly called the Meta Pixel) to:

A. How you opt in (Call to Action / Consent Mechanism)
When you submit a form or book an appointment on our Site, you may be asked to provide a phone number. If you provide your phone number:
- You authorize VanBuren Entertainment to contact you by phone call regarding your inquiry, booking, and event planning.
- If you check the SMS consent checkbox (or otherwise provide express consent where presented), you authorize VanBuren Entertainment to contact you by text message (SMS) regarding your inquiry, booking, and event planning.
We use Grasshopper to place calls and to send and manage SMS communications.
B. Types of messages
Text messages and calls may include:
- Responding to inquiries
- Scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Event planning questions and updates
- Reminders and logistics
- Invoice and payment coordination
- Customer support
C. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
D. No transfer of consumer SMS data to external organizations
Consumer data associated with SMS messaging (including your mobile number, messaging consent status, and message content) will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any external organizations for their own purposes under any circumstances.
This includes no sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
E. Permitted processing strictly to provide messaging services
We use Grasshopper to deliver and manage SMS messages. Grasshopper may process your phone number and message content only as necessary to provide messaging services on our behalf (for example, message routing, delivery, and opt-out management). Grasshopper is not permitted to use this information for its own marketing or independent purposes.
F. Message frequency; fees
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
G. Opt out; help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out.

6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
A. Service providers (limited processing on our behalf)
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and provide services, solely to perform services on our behalf and under appropriate obligations. These may include:
- Intuit / QuickBooks (invoicing and payments)
- Website hosting, security, and IT providers
B. SMS data restriction
For avoidance of doubt: mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consumer data is handled as described in Section 5.
C. Legal, compliance, and safety
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
D. Business transfers
