3) Payments (QuickBooks / Intuit)
We accept online payments through QuickBooks (Intuit). When you pay an invoice or submit payment, your payment is processed by QuickBooks/Intuit and any payment processors they use.
We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, invoice details, partial card information (such as last four digits), transaction identifiers, and receipts for accounting, recordkeeping, and customer support.
4) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and identifiers) for functionality, analytics, and advertising.
A. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, traffic sources, pages visited, and engagement). This helps us improve the Site and measure performance.

5) Calling and SMS/Text Messaging (Grasshopper)
If you provide your phone number through a Site form, appointment booking, or other communication with us, you authorize VanBuren Entertainment to contact you at that number by phone call and text message regarding your inquiry, booking, and event planning. We use Grasshopper to place calls and to send and manage SMS communications.
No transfer of consumer SMS data to external organizations
Consumer data associated with SMS messaging (including your mobile number, messaging consent status, and message content) will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any external organizations for their own purposes under any circumstances. This includes no sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
Permitted processing strictly to provide messaging services
Grasshopper may process your phone number and message content only as necessary to deliver and manage messages on our behalf (for example, sending messages, routing, delivery confirmation, and opt-out handling). Grasshopper is not permitted to use this information for its own marketing or any independent purpose.
Service-related messages may include scheduling, confirmations, reminders, event planning updates, invoice/payment coordination, and support.
Marketing messages (optional) may be sent only if you separately opt in where required.

6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
A. No unauthorized sharing; SMS data restriction
We maintain policies and controls to prevent unauthorized sharing of consumer information. Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
B. Limited sharing with service providers (as processors)
We may allow limited access to information by vendors that help us operate the Site and provide services, solely to perform services on our behalf and under confidentiality/security obligations. These may include:

For avoidance of doubt: SMS consumer data (mobile number, consent status, message content) is processed only for messaging delivery/management as described in Section 5 and is not transferred to external organizations for their own use.

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
D. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7) Data Security (New York SHIELD Act)
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and reduce risk.

We restrict access to consumer information to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to provide services.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records (including invoices and payments), comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it when reasonably feasible.

10) Children’s Privacy
